Delivery
We rely on Sendle, AusPost as our reliable delivery service to deliver our products across Australia.
Our system calculates shipping fees based on your location and order weight. You'll see the fee on the Checkout Page. In the Adelaide Metro, we offer free shipping for orders over $200.
After packing your order, we'll send an email with a tracking number and a link to one of our courier partners.
Refunds and Returns Conditions
We have a 48-hour return policy, meaning you have two days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with a seal or tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please review your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or change of mind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within one or two business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
