When will my order ship?
Our team needs 2-3 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 4-5 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm (ACDT) on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Can I click and collect at Asian Groceries Online?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
